"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

The guy was great. He was very professional. He tried to work within the price range I gave him. I never used him. The company specialized in customized furnishings which is great but not for my project. I live in an older neighborhood. All I wanted was to clean up the bathroom, not really do an overhaul w/custom vanities, cabinetry etc. It wasn't the company's fault at all. Just basic (Lowe's) type of furnishings.. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted his time..I told him that. He was very kind. But if I ever decide to custom made remodel- I  WOULD DEFINITELY CALL CABINET CLAD 1ST.. W/O A DOUBT

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The estimator was very knowledgeable and explained his products and services very well.  He provided a detailed plan and estimate.
The installation was done all in one day - including removal of the old counter top and the installation of the new counter top - and it was done on the pre-scheduled day.  Sears was excellent at accommodating our scheduling restrictions.  The new counter top looks nice and we are very happy with the result.
There were a few glitches - the garbage disposal leaked and needed service, and it was tough to get an updated estimate when we made a mid-stream change - but we were still very happy with the result.
Note that the Sears office that we dealt with is in Sharon Hill PA, not in Windsor Mill MA as listed by Angie's List, and the corporate headquarters is in Longwood FL.

"It went very well.  I wanted to go out and find the granite myself for the counter tops, to select backsplash materials, select the fixtures , flooring, etc. (kept existing cabinets).  If contractor could get my selections at a better price, he did.  If not he helped me source and figure amount I would need so I could purchase and have delivered.  It saved me money and he was fine with that. They made sure that my "vision" for the room would work and suggested alternatives if not.  I always deferred to their opinions and am glad for that.  They did great work with attention to details, were neat and well organized. They cleaned up as much as was possible before they left the house each day.  I never felt stressed by the "construction zone" because of that.  They are a vertical  company with qualified men for electrical, plumbing, etc working just for them, so I never had to wait for a sub-contracted worker to show up. That meant no delays and completion of the project in a shorter time.   This was my second project with them.  Getting ready for the next  and won't even think about calling anyone else. I have my contractor!
