"They scheduled the first diagnostic appointment at the end of my first week in town, which, okay, they're busy, it's not realistic to expect them to pen me in the very next day. And being busy suggests they're good. So I didn't worry about the issue being fixed because they sounded confident about it all.
First visit, they figured out the switch was designed for incandescent bulbs, and I had LED in the ceiling cans of my porch. They needed to order a new switch, and they charged me their standard rate for a diagnostic visit, minus an Angie's List discount. They'd get back to me about ordering the new switch.
Turns out, the ordered switch might not arrive until the Friday before I was to leave town, which left a tiny window of opportunity for installing it (they're closed weekends). Nevertheless, Friday morning, as promised, I get a call from Anthony. The part is in, they've scheduled me for a 2-hour window in the afternoon, will that work? They came, replaced the switch, works like a charm, and rather than charge for the part and service, they charged another diagnostic fee, which was less expensive, and something they didn't have to do.  
Point being, they listened to the concern about getting it done before I left town, and they went the extra mile, doing everything they could to resolve the issue, which they did. Throughout it all, they were courteous, professional, patient, and personable. And they were not as expensive as some I've called in the past.
I will definitely use them again.
