"We were in a jam. We are attempting to buy our first home. We had our inspection scheduled and on the morning of, we learned of a potential plumbing issue. There was a report filed with the city stating that a couple of years ago there was some kind of sewer back up. This house is old, so I wanted to make sure we weren't signing up for any potential problems. I called around to local plumbers in the area. NONE of them were able to accommodate our need on this shortened time frame. I got Zach's number from a contractor friend of mine and in a last ditch effort gave him a call. Unlike some of the other plumbers I'd spoken with, Zach validated my concerns and informed me that he would recommend that I have my system inspected. He was very patient with my partner and I, making room for us that evening to show up in exemplary fashion.
