"I hired this company for fixing a broken fence gate. The guy was friendly and the quality of the work was good. The reason that I took off one point is because of the less satisfactory customer service after the job was done. In the first visit, the guy committed to haul away the debris. However, they forgot one piece in the cleanup. I contacted them and they argued that hauling away debris was not actually included in my contract. I understand the overhead to pay another trip for the leftover debris and I am totally fine (and actually did) to take care of it by myself. However, I'd expect them to explain the situation frankly and work out a solution with me rather than simply denying the responsibility. Even if they agreed to come for a pickup, I probably will not let them if this is not convenient to them."

"The drywall installers and painters were friendly and professional. They arrived on time each day, and called in advance to let us know on the one day they were running a little late. They were easy to work with, and they did a wonderful job replacing drywall in our dining room and bathroom, and doing painting in both areas. They completed the project in less time than projected, and within the expected budget. One small additional cost was clearly negotiated and agreed upon in advance. I couldn't have asked for a better experience."

"The team at Pure Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with Pure Home Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hard-scape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by our project manager, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can't be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. We are very thankful that our remodeling project went like that."
