"This is my second project with the Excel Team. And once again, they've exceeded our expectations! We completed a full remodel in the kids bathroom, cleanup work needed in the master bathroom done by an incompetent contractor. Pete and his team were able to fix all the issues. We decided to roll-in some carpentry work in our sunroom too. My only regret was not using Excel when we first moved into our house. "First impressions go a long way. I sent out a request to several Angie's List companies to get a quote for our master bath remodel. Vic was the only one to reach out to us. While I have heard it's good to get three quotes, when no one will respond, you don't have much choice. We were novices, and when we met with Vic he walked us through our ideas and let us know what would work, what wouldn't, and was attentive and listened to our ideas and concerns. The quote may have been higher than we might have paid elsewhere, but I am firm believer in you get what you pay for. As for his team, they were a pleasure to have working on our project, from the electricians to the plumbers to Tony, who did a great job with the tiling. We worked with him to develop our scope and to answer all questions before signing the contract. He was very helpful in the planning stage and made suggestions for efficiencies, (such as resurfacing the bathtub instead of replacing it). His team showed up as scheduled and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing was reasonable (not the cheapest but not the most expensive - just realistic and fair), and the quality of the work was excellent. If I have future remodeling needs I would not hesitate to use Gashin Empire again."
