One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. Paul knew exactly what he was doing, was easy to talk to, and did a great job as far as I'm concerned. And Yes if I need an appliance serviced or repaired my first call will be to MDTECH."

"Leonid came over on monday and charged me only $45.00 to remove metal that was causing strange noise from dryer.
When we later attempted to use dryer following day, motor would not turn over when power was on. He could not come that afternoon, but came over as promised the next morning and found my wife's anklet stuck in motor compartment. 
Leonid is courteous, friendly, straight-to-the-point, and has tried to keep the cost minimal as he did when was able to partially repair our dishwasher even though we need a new one.

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution.
