When the time came, they called to schedule a pickup, came to our house to get the sofa, had it for about a week and a half, and delivered us back a sofa that was better than new. "i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

"The initial painting was okay but I purchased another for a drywall repair and I didn't realize that it was the same company so you can't purchase another one.  They said they wouldn't honor them so I was getting a refund.  They told me to contact you and Angie's List said I have to contact them.  I have not received a refund yet.  They did fine.  One thing they did on wood work was they used a roller instead of a brush so it came out to be rough but they were neat and tidy.  They did a good job on the prep work.  When I tried to get an estimate for more work it was really high so I didn't use them.  They charged me for another $100 for the extra hour."
