After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"We first had Mr. Williams treat our pine tree in 5/23. His work was excellent. He came back a week later to finish. At the time he told my husband that he would come back in 6 months to check the tree. We started calling in 11/23 to schedule the follow-up. Many calls and emails later we got a reponse. Mr. Williams came to our home on 1/30 to look at the tree. He said that his top man, JJ, would come out at 830am on 1/31. He was misdirected by the office and arrived at 10am. His work was very good.
