"The service was amazing! This was my first time having a car shipped and I was very leery of doing this. I read all kinds of horror stories on line and wasn't sure about doing this. Once I decided to have the car shipped I filled out something online and then I had a crazy amount of brokers call me, I mean a lot. I went online and found United Freight of America. I looked them up on a few websites and the BBB. They received wonderful reviews. I called them up they were very courteous, kind, and professional. They took the time and answered all my questions with out any pushy sales tactics. When I was ready I called back. Once again, very professional. They gave me two options. One, put the vehicle on the "board" at a lower price and see if any drivers will haul it for the lower price. Two, pay a hire price with a 3 day guarantee pick up. I had a vacation coming up so I decided for the 3 day guarantee pick up. They said it would be picked up Thursday and be delivered by the following Thursday. We did have one hiccup. The original truck had mechanical problems. They let me know about the problem and also that they had a different truck on its way. They weren't able to pick it up until Friday. But the good news was that they would be able to deliver it earlier. We had the vehicle on that Monday. Justin, the truck driver, kept in touch with us on the drive and gave us a 30-40 minute window when he would arrive. Justin was very professional and kind. He did a wonderful job taking care of our vehicle. If you need a car transported United Freight Of America would be the ones I recommend. They will be the company I would call again as well. I can't say enough good things about them."
