"We noticed one day while cleaning up yard leaves that a few roofing shakes had become loose so we called around various roofing companies in and out of our area to have someone come out. Many of your BIG companies in the yellow pages weren't even interested. We were given Mick's name and number for Champion Roofing by a company. Called left a message he called back within a day, as this was a weekend we were calling late we figured Monday would be the earliest. Made arrangements for a day and time as it wasn't an emergency.
