He return the next business day on time and repaired our furnace. What I found that was exceptional, is that not only did Tyler diagnose and repair the furnace promtly, he pointed out that the thermostat we had was not the correct thermostat for our 2 stage furnace. Which by the way was the thermostat that had been installed by the company that installed the furnace. Tyler took the time to show me how to replace the thermostat and gave me handwritten step by step directions. Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Seatown Electric to my friends and family."
