"We met with several contractors before hiring Kip. We found his creative approach to the space very helpful and his price (particularly for the quality of work) was excellent.

Kip came out to the house and did a 3D autodesign, went shopping with us to pick out the materials we wanted, and was very insightful and creative in looking at our space and re-configuring it in a way we hadn't thought of before. 

He and his crew (Dan, Kris and a few others whose names I didn't get) were very friendly and considerate to the fact that we had a baby in the house and needed to be alerted to days when loud noises would be disruptive. We found them all knowledgeable, professional, and eager to provide a great finished project.

We are very happy with the work they did. There was a slight delay when the windows that arrived were the wrong kind, but they contacted the vendor and the issue was resolved quickly.

Timeline projected was 6 weeks for the work and they completed it in less than a month!

UPDATE: We brought this team in do some finishing touches in the basement. We also had a couple of minor issues pop up after service was complete. We are delighted that Kip remains responsive when minor things pop up. We highly recommend this team and will use them again.

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.

"We have a very large atrium foyer/formal lounge area which is open to the dining and family room. Jon designed and installed custom built wainscoting, fireplace surround, crown molding. He also built a column and half wall between the formal area and dining room area of the open plan space. Made from solid wood with all carpentry and painting performed on site with their usual efficiency and cleanliness. Jon/Pioneer Builders are our go to contractor who has been extensively involved in the remodeling of our new home. This the fourth project they have completed with the usual meticulous attention to detail and good value. Our neighbors, upon seeing Jon's, work have hired his services too.
