"Long story short, I cannot say enough about Gary, his crew, and the work performed. A+. Communication was a breeze - Gary was very responsive. He and his crew were here for most of the day (roughly 8 hours I think) and the window and the well look, no lie, awesome. Quality work. I'm always a bit skeptical with a new contractor but I honestly would use Gary again in a heartbeat. Extremely knowledgeable as he's been doing this for a long time and he knows the permitting process. In particular, he knew the specific requirements of my township before he even presented the proposal. His crew was prompt, clean, and thoroughly met my expectations. Not to mention, upgrading to the Rockwell window well with the larger window was a smart decision on my part. In summary, I've been referring Gary to my neighbors and I will continue to do so to anyone who is in need of an egress window. Gary - if you're reading this, thank you again so much. "They came in. Double checked the measurements. Went back to the truck. Cut the pieces they needed and were done. Very quick. Only minor issue is that they don't look as great as the mailer or website. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad, just not as clean looking in the advertisement. <br />"

"SUPER. After submitting my original request for a quote with all pertinent measurements, I received a quote within 2 days of my submission. After checking the measurements on the quote, I discovered some errors in my measurements and contacted the company. They returned my call in 1 day. After I gave them the changes, they emailed me a new copy of the quote, the price was the same but reflected my changes. I approved the quote and submitted payment method. 3 weeks later the door was delivered to my house. Door was manufactured of 12 gauge steel and coated with oxide primer coating as promised by the company. The measurements I supplied to Steelway were adhered to exactly, it was a perfect fit. Completely professionally manufactured in a very reasonable period of time. The cellar door was shipped from PA to GA via truck and arrived without any damage. I could not have been more pleased with the end product. The fit was good that it took less than 1 hour to install it. I would highly recommend Steelway Cellar Doors. The price was only slightly higher than any of the available standard doors which would not fit. I would give them 10 Stars if that was available."

The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. They tarped sides of house as the roof was being removed. They completed installation by 2pm. They were neat, orderly and cleaned up my property as well as adjacent neighbors. They spent significant time with magnets going over the lawn to ensure they captured all loose nails. <br /> They returned everything to its proper place and were off site by 3pm <br />"

"We have used Ton Adams twice to install windows. Our interactions leading up to installation were positive. Expect to wait for an installation date though. It did take a while to get dates on the calendar both times. The crew lead by Jay is awesome, and we requested them multiple times. They are professional, friendly and personable. They took the time to do the installation correctly, and they also took the time to talk to us about issues or info about the windows. There were a couple minor issues. One involved a delivered screen that was not the right size. The other involved a broken piece of one window. Both issues were addressed professionally and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. As mentioned it can take some time to get things scheduled."
