"I cannot thank “Natural Breeze” enough for the fantastic job they did installing my new hvac system. I had previously committed to doing business with another hvac company during the heat wave who did a horrible and incompetent job with my hvac system. It was truly a horrible experience but thank god I was able to get out and terminate my contract due to their negligence. I was referred to Luis whom I reached out to and he responded to my emergency situation quickly. He is truly a reliable professional and having talked with him he is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He is a man who works diligently and has great morals and integrity. I am a dedicated as a life long member to Luis and his team, he goes far and beyond to make sure his clients are completely satisfied and his prices are definitely reasonable. Thankyou Mr Luis and to your crew for the exceptional work that u have provided. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a A+ hvac contractor ."

"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Yes this Job was done professionally prompt"

"Extremely satisfied & pleased with the work performed by Elm. Eric, Rob & Jesse were great on the installation – on time, neat, careful to show us the status as they went through the job. Have already recommended Elm to neighbors who expressed interest. Scott was great on the initial review & estimate & Cathy in the office was extremely helpful as well. Thank you to the whole Elm Team!"

"He was a good one he did a great"

"Joe was very respectful, personable and patient and explained what he would do and why to ensure our central air would finally work. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."

"Highly knowledgeable and extremely professional company with great customer service!! Mike was such a pleasure to work with His team of experts were always so helpful and skilled. Very, very easy to recommend this company to family and friends, as the entire two day project was a seamless and positive experience! It was a true pleasure in every aspect of this HVAC job Kudos to Mike and the Professor Pipes crew!"

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Great experience from the first time I made a request on HomeAdvisor. Leo called me within 5 minutes to inquire about my service. He came within 2 hours that same day to give me a free estimate and determine what work including all the permits needed to be done. I picked a relatively short turn around time to complete the work which included upgrading from 100 amps to 200 amps and taking out and installing new box and outside circuitry. Leo gave me a written estimate, itemized and emailed it to me and work was done within a week. When his team arrived they were on time with all of the necessary supplies and started working. One of the most details I saw in his work was that he was there at the work site the entire time making sure his crew was doing everything right and completing the work on time. It was about 7-8 hour job and Leo was there the entire time. I was impressed with what I saw I decided to ask for another task which included another light fixture in front of the garage because I knew he would do a good job. Leo and his workers are good, honest and dependable."
