"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"We had several contractors come to our place and give us estimates on our new floor installation. We chose Craig and Mike because they were the only people who anticipated that our floors needed self levelling concrete. No other company even mentioned it even though we showed them how unlevel our floors were. This, undoubtedly, would have added considerable time and cost to the project. This is one of many examples of their attention to detail. Craig and Mike were always on time and put in long days to ensure our project kept on time. We are extremely happy with our new floors, and would go with Craig and his team for any of our house projects moving forward."

"Very quick, efficient, and polite. Four companies could not fix the problem and within an hour of evaluating our plumbing system Caleb came up with three possible issues. Laid out everything and allowed us to make the decision. Highly recommended!"

"Was awesome Zack was very detailed clean and efficient with his work. Would definitely recommend him"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
