They tore down my old rotted wood railings and support beams and did a good job cleaning up and disposing the old material. I would use them again for any re-modeling work needed outside or inside my home. "They are working with me and the flooring company that was selected by my home owners insurance to remediate the situation. Triad came out to initially assess and they put in the drying and heating fans. After the new flooring is put in they will come in and put in the quarter round around in the rooms. They are extremely professional and helpful. He goes out of his way to answer questions that I would never have thought of to ask. He has done things for me, offers to help. For instance, the scatter rugs were in the kitchen and I had tried to remove those out to the garage and they were too heavy for me. He moved them. He helps his clients. I don't think I could recommend a company that's anymore personable as well as professional as Triad."

From pictures sent via email, they helped me decide on size, and design elements and promptly sent me referrence since they reside outside my area. The item was made, shipped and damaged in transit and they took care of details of returning item to them, dealing wiht the insurance company, correcting the issue, keeping me up to date in the process and remaking the awning and getting it back to me. They supplied detailed instruction to my contractor for installation and were available via phone for consult during the process. I am very pleased."

"The first quote that Stop Leak Waterproofing LLC gave us had some options on it so we went back and they detected some other issues like the gutter issues so we got a gutter company out and then we went back and we didn't think we needed some of the work and they didn't think we needed some of the work quoted and so we just got back from them this back. Their quote is probably more than a middle for the work they will be doing. They were professional, they explained the work and they took time looking at the work that needed to be done. We have been pleased with them up to this point. They are going to do the work for us."
