"The overall experience was great. Ken is super nice and is far from being a pressure salesman. He went out of his way to make sure we had the look we had envisioned. Ken's guys are very hardworking and extremely professional. Despite the grueling heat you never saw them complaining or without smiles on their faces. The siding turned out much better than I could have ever imagines and if that wasn't enough they even volunteered to do some painting and to install new lighting just so that everything about the house looked just right. "Workers pleasant and professional. Work was started on my sunroom as promised but was not finished within one week as promised. Work was started and then three weeks later after my materials came in workers came out with the other materials only to have one of the workers pulled from my job to be sent to another job leaving me with only one worker to complete my sunroom. By pulling my worker it caused my job to be delayed a few days more which was not professional and fair to me."

"Kenneth and his crew showed up on time and were respectful of our privacy. Even though the wanted to start earlier on most days, they gladly adjusted to our schedule to make the renovation as painless as possible. They cleaned everyday, paying close attention not to leave tools or nails behind for our 3 year old and 1 1/2 year old to find. They were always appropriate and respectful around my family--I didn't mind my boys watching them as they worked because there was no foul language or inappropriate conversations. I felt like Kenneth treated my house like it was his own--things were done correctly before I inspected them. In the middle of the project, we had two windows which could not be completed prior to the end of the work week. When a rainstorm occurred, and we had leaking at 9PM on a Saturday night, Kenneth came out and fixed the problem himself that night, as well as cleaning up the water that came through the unfinished areas. Kenneth and I agreed on a payment schedule and he did not ask for advances, nor did his price increase through the project. We did not have a written contract. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Woodham Construction and plan to use this company for our future home improvement projects."

I'm very pleased with the process and the windows seem to be very well made and installed. <br /> When I was concerned about some details on the work performed, David offered to send a crew to fix things.
