"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp.. "

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"Went well after first visit cancelled for bad weather. Victor is a perfectionist and tries to figure out what the best coverage is. Sometimes it's hard to follow his flight of ideas but he has a lot of expertise. I will continue to use him. He pointed out my prior contractors mediocre work multiple times (ok ok I get it ) and I learned a bit more about irrigation."
