"Steve Tinetti, owner of Maverick Water Heaters, is terrific! During the big storm the first week of January this year, our power went out and our tank water heater blew. Painful. We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). Steve bought the tankless water heater we wanted (higher end) and got to work. By 6:00pm that day we had instant hot water (within 24 hours of our initial call). He came back the next morning for a couple hours to finish up the complete installation and we were good to go. I can't say enough about Steve and his high quality, efficient, and professional service. He is a long time Coastside local, independent business owner/operator, and one man show. He explained everything clearly and in detail. He did a superb job and I know this wasn't easy. The heater is in the garage up high on a loft and on the side opposite where the air vent needed to be routed. Yet he made it work and did so very quickly. And, he's just a good guy. A couple months later, we are thrilled with our tankless water heater. We are very glad we made the switch and feel very fortunate that we found Steve. I highly recommend him without reservation ."

"I did a bit of research even though we had been without hot water for about a week. Mainly because we had roofers working and no roof where the water heater would be going in the garage. I received a call from Robert before we were ready for the project to begin and wrote down his info including the quote. I wanted a long warranty and not many companies were offering the 12 yr warranty. That was a plus, and when I finally made the decision to go with Facilities Plumbing and Drain I called Robert and he said Frankie could come right away...within the hour...it was about 550PM!! He indeed showed up and went straight to work with a smile. What a great attitude he has, especially considering he had been working since 7am. Hot water heater installed and he cleaned up everything too. Very professional, very nice and efficient."

"In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job.

Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes. 

In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."
