"It?s a long complicated story & I must first say that I?m sure Tile by Chris probably does great work for most, however, unfortunately I was one of the unlucky ones. We did a shower & bathroom floor remodel 3.5 years ago. His main expert tiler did our bathroom floor & did fantastic. But Chris ended up doing our shower tile due to his main guy catching Covid. Note- I think he was working on a bigger project but that?s just my opinion. Chris told me he hadn?t tiled in awhile long time but he could do it, So Chris did our tile in shower & it turned out horrible. Grout colors didn?t match floor vs wall. Lines were off, everything looked uneven. So when I showed him pictures of the messed up work said he didn?t have time to come back & fix the work & to just keep the last portion I owed him. Well, here we are 3.5 years later & tiles around the shower drain are pulling up & subfloor is drenched. Just caution- do not let the owner Chris do any work. Not good at all. "

I was undergoing a first floor renovation due to weather damages, so I really appreciated their support through our project, and all the other questions I had for them - they always treated me with respect and dignity. At the end of the projects, I am happy to say that not only am I extremely satisfied with the work completed, but I can say I also gained a few friends. "I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

"Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. Dented new vanity with installation. Did not use the sinks available as instructed during installation and did not include drill holes in templates, so they accidentally drilled 3 holes for each faucet instead on 1. When they had to correct this error by re-fabricating another slab, they created excessive construction delay by forcing me to re-template another virtually identical quartz slab. At the end of my project, I needed a 3” x 7” countertop side splash revised to a 3” x 11” piece due to a construction change. I tried to pay them to do this. They flat out refused and forced me to go to another fabricator, who was kind enough to generate this piece for me from a remnant for $37. I would not recommend this business!"
