"Monte did a great job. Our issue was our stool leaking. The existing tile floor had some loose tile and some of the tile had raised up. He discovered the sub floor was wet and had to be replaced. Monte was very professional, was patient with us, honest, worked efficiently and approached the job with a great attitude since we didn’t know the extent of the damage until he removed the old tile. His son also helped lay the new tile and both did great work. We would definitely hire them again as we are very happy with his work."

"Called Mark to schedule a bid to refinish our floors. He came out on time and gave us a bid that was lower than other companies. Scheduled a time to start refinish. Mark and Tony were on time each day, called me at the end of each day to give me an update and were very professional and clean during the entire process. The dust was minimal, just required a wipe down of surfaces. Mark mentioned he does not usually take off the quarter round of the baseboards, which I was initially worried about, but they did a fantastic job around the baseboards. I do have white baseboards, so did have to re-paint the bottom of each baseboard, but that was much better than replacing each piece, then having to paint. 
The entire process was smooth. It happened just as Mark explained it would, there were no surprises at all. He even helped us to darken the existing color. 
The Price was exactly as quoted.
