Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener.



Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice.
