We were very surprised and pleased at how relatively smooth the process was. Our crew, led by Alex, could not have been better. They replaced all 31 windows in 2 days, leaving minimal mess behind. The only things that went wrong were 1 window being received broken and the salesperson leaving out one small window in an upstairs water closet. Both items are on order, and Power will be installing them in the next few weeks. Like many other people, our only complaint is the very long sales process - over 4 hours. We typically don't buy from door-to-door salespeople, but this purchase turned out pretty good. The window look great! Another shoutout for the awesome Alex, and his installation crew. They were great!"
