Bill set up a time to come out and repair our refrigerator on Thursday evening. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and up front with the costs. No surprises or hidden fees. Very friendly and professional. My wife and I asked for Bill's business card. We plan to hire him for any future projects. Our refrigerator is running like new again thanks to Bill and Acute Appliance Repair. Much appreciated and job well done!"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The dryer really needed a new belt but the technician was sold the wrong one or at least it didn't fit my dryer. I was give no written receipt for the service. All the previous companies I have received any kind on service with have emailed me an invoice with a few hours. In this case the tech did not finish until after 5:30 pm. I don't know if I will get an invoice from K & K Industrials or not. Kenneth said he did several things that needed take care of such as excessive lint deep inside the dryer. The problem I called for was loud squealing when the dryer was running. That at least seems to have stopped. Kenneth did spend about two hours which included getting parts. My dryer is still running with a old belt after spending $310."

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."

"The involvement of Home Advisor confused things but JC Appliance came to the house when he said that he would and completed the repair as promised. Several other repair services failed to show or called after booking to say that they didn't have a tech available. I'll use JC if I need any appliance repairs in the future."
