"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"William has completed many projects for me over the last few years, both at my primary residence as well as at my rental properties. He has also done numerous projects for my aging parents and my aunt. Like all of us, I have hired more vendors than I can count that have been disappointing on pretty much every level - some of whom I almost think I need therapy to get over. William is honestly a breath of fresh air. He shows up when he says he will, does the job efficiently and effectively, and is truly easy to work with. Bathroom turned out good, all the items were installed very well with no issue, flooring looks very good.
Kitchen did not turn out so well, the floors were uneven and there were gaps between baseboard and the tile.  Dishwasher was not installed property the first time so it leaked.
Overall, it was a mixed bag.  Bathroom is still very good 6 months after the job, the tile in the kitchen is uneven but it could be due to the leveling from the old house, but I wish he could have told me before he layed it."
