"We were above and beyond satisfied with Coopers Construction!  The owner, Josh was very easy to work with and his crew was equally as awesome!  Josh was always available to take phone calls if necessary and was on the worksite daily.  He and his crew showed up on time and worked all day!  The paint job on the outside of the house looks amazing, we have had several compliments on it from neighbors.  Each and every drop of paint (which was not many) was cleaned up and our house was left looking spotless.  Not only did he paint the house he repaired a gutter for us at little more then the cost of materials and even helped the moving crew with a large piece.  Our basement had a flooding issue upon move in as well, Josh really helped us figure out how to work with our insurance company and what steps needed to be taken in order to "fix" the problem.  I would use him a million times over for any type of contract work!"

"There are a number of Important details remaining unfinished (since @ April 2017): railposts left unstable, no caulking done at all, routing of water runoff unfinished. I contacted him about it initially and he agreed to come by on a day (that turned out to be raining), so we agreed he would come by "next week" instead. But next week never came. I sent a number of texts to Josh, to which I received no response. I resolved to send one "final" text to him before writing a subpar review. He did respond to that one, with a sincere apology, an explanation, and to say he would come by to complete the work once he got caught up with his current work. That was in September, and by now I am feeling fairly confident that this job is not going to be finished. I feel partially responsible for this dilemma because I paid the bill before the job was fully completed. I was trusting, because as I said, Josh is a nice person."

"We had Kirt come and quote changing a covered porch into a family/4 season room.  While a family illness precluded us from having the work done, I did want to submit a review for his professionalism.  I was very impressed with his understanding of what we had wanted done, the quickness that he was able to provide the quote, and his attention to detail when explaining what each aspect of the quote meant.  We have never undertaken this type of renovation/addition before so the detailed explanations he gave were outstanding.  When we begin thinking about this again you can be sure that Kirt Johnson will be the first person we call!
