"It's operated by a young man. I have used them once before for carpet cleaning and I liked what they did. So, I called back when I found out that they were also doing tile, grout, marble, and granite cleaning. I didn't think the price was out of line. He was here when he said he would be and they put little booties on their shoes. I was happy with the job and I didn't think the price was out of line. Somebody else might think the price was high, but I didn't. It's all expensive, but I was pleased with the job they did and he said he would be here at a certain time. He called to say he was 15 minutes away and when he came for the estimate he was right on time. I don't really have any complaints."
