At which point we decided to not let him do the job since he does not put his money on his skill. We managed to fix the second drain with $20 given to another plumber who came in for an unrelated issue."

This happened on a Saturday and they don’t have technicians available for emergencies on weekends and they won’t reimburse for a company that does.
