The handymen noticed that the water supply valve was leaking and needed to be replaced, the flange that the toilet sits on also needed to be replaced and new molding was necessary to replace old molding around the base of the walls. All of the extra supplies were purchased by the handymen at a nearby Lowe's and we were billed for those items separately. The new floor and toilet look great!"
