I grew up on a farm. I went to college. I have been a successful business owner for 6 years. Before starting my Contracting business I was a superintendent for a large glass company. I specialize in door and window installation/ replacement, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, and demo/abatement work. Certified for Lead Abatement and swinging stage platform work. Have experience in project oversight, consulting, and good old labor. I enjoy design and engineering challenges, custom built and artistic projects but give the same attention to detail on the plain design jobs. I am probably too honest to get rich doing contract work, but i think that is something to be proud of. Im hardworking and resourceful making me a 1st choice for your next project.. I do consultation and oversight of many types of Contracting and construction jobs. My insight and experience across the board make me a valuable asset to customers who want the most for the money.

He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
