"I hired THBS to repair a foundation crack for my home that was 25 years old. The salesman, came out and gave us an estimate within a few days and we signed the contract 11/4/2022, and paid the deposit on 11/22/22. We were under the impression we would have this completed by the end of the year. The engineer requested n additional support pier, on 12/2/22 so we had to sign a new contract on 1/11/2023. . There was not a lot of communication from the company in those 2 months and most of it was initiated by me. I feel like for the amount of money we spent we should have been more in the loop. I get it that it was over the holidays, but communicate that to the customer if you have delays due to vacations and such. I spent a lot of time wondering if I made the right decision to go with THBS. Now the installation crew was AMAZING!! They arrived on time, on the correct day (2/2/23) ready to go to work. They make sure not to drive over my water/sewer lines and determined the best way to get to the work area with the least disruption to my yard. It was drizzling rain and had been raining the previous days, so my yard was a soggy, red clay mess. I watched them work like a well-oiled machine. Never saw anyone standing around not working. Josiah, Chris, Robert and Rodrigo did a great job working in the rain. I watched some of the process and they were very deliberate in explaining what they were doing and answered any questions that I had completely and professionally. I can't say enough about those guys. The only thing that I can complain about regarding the install is I didn't realize how much of a mess it would make of my yard. The weather didn't help with that, as the red clay was just a mushy, sloppy mess because of the rain. The harder these guys tried to push the dirt back in place, the more muddy it became. Not their fault-just the weather and the soil. I will recommend THBS to others."

"The reason I went with them over another company is that the guy was more knowledgeable. I felt like he really understood what had happened and what had caused the sagging of the foundation. The price was better. It turned out that they charged me per foot. They give you up to so many feet of steel before they start to charge you extra. There's so much per pair. They charge you and you get 30-feet off that. They charge you so much extra per foot that they have to drive back here into the ground before they hit rock. In my case, they had to go for 35-feet to hit rock. It cost a lot more than what we expected. In the end, they worked with me to come up with a good solution that kept the price close to what they originally estimated. They basically reduced one pair. They felt like it would be fine for my case. They worked with me to keep the price in check when we had the unexpected expensive metal required for them to drive into the ground. They gave me more for my money. I was happy. They did a good job. We had it done in less than a day. They left with the area around the house looked almost untouched when they were done. They worked behind the hedges. They didn't damage them. I was pleased with their service."

"Contacted this company to provide a complete structural engineer report for our new home which was built in 1910. They have a lot of experience with older homes and we felt very comfortable with them from the start. <br /> Jessica Kimes was our project engineer. She is very professional, understand what she is doing, is able to explain everything very well, listened to all of our questions and was extremely helpful. She completed a full scale schematic for us to provide to our contractor who was completing the necessary work. She sat down with our contractor and explained everything she found, explained exactly what she was requiring to complete the work, and answered all of his questions. She even spent time emailing and texting him and us when we had questions or concerns. <br /> She completed a follow-up inspection once our contractors were finished and she found 1 item not completed and required them to return and finish it to her specification before she was willing or able to supply us with the finished paperwork. <br /> She did not come back for a final inspection once that job was done, but upon the word of our contractor, she submitted the final paperwork to us with their stamp of approval and completion. <br /> We will definitely hire them again should we need to. <br />"

"Keith Locker presented Shamrock in a most professional manner for an estimate of work to be done in a basement closet. The closet has two walls which are part of the cinderblock foundation. Although these walls do not leak, the efflorescence was both unsightly and rubbed off on anything that touched it. Shamrock was able to work me into their schedule early and I greatly appreciated it. The work, however, was less than professional. While the back wall looked great (so I know they can do good work), the side wall looked decidedly less so. While I am perfectly aware that basement walls are imperfect, I know that they could have done better on the side wall based on the back wall. When I asked about the issue with the side wall, Shamrock shrugged that that was the best they could do. When I asked Keith to review the pictures that I would send to Angie's List with this review, he complained that I was insufficiently appreciative of the work done and about how little money he had made on the job. I had planned to give Shamrock a B, but his comments lowered this review to a C. He did give me a helpful hint about how I can remove the writing on the side wall trim. So that's something, I guess."

"Incredible!!!! The crew was very competent. I took a tour of the work in mid job and was very impressed about the quality of the materials and work performed. Other companies recommended less expensive solutions but I am fully convinced that the solution that Atlantic Foundation and Repair was what was required to get the job done and keep my home safe long term."

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
