"Contractors arrived on time and were very meticulous when preparing the surface that the carpet was to be installed on.  I had some issues with a seam in the concrete and some uneven places.  They repaired and leveled the concrete.  Contractors were very experienced and did not hurry the job.  Henson's has been around for a long time and is not one of these fly by night carpet companies. <br />"

"Preston Ivey took great care to explain in detail about all carpet we looked at and answered all questions promptly and completely. Project started on time, but due to one worker injured in auto accident, was slightly delayed. We had lots of heavy furniture to move along with a very fragile two piece china cabinet. All furniture was moved without incident. All work done as promised and on time. Both Preston and his father, Robert came by to check on progress. Will highly recommend Ivey flooring to my friends. <br />"

He was easy to contact and willing to answer as many questions as I had about the process. Our house is a typical old South Highlands home so, even though our floors were newer and a different wood than the rest of the house, we were looking for a result that was consistent with the house. Jared gave us advice on which stain to go with and the end result was perfect. I was also very impressed with the low level of dust in our kitchen after the process was complete. I received quotes from several installers in the area and was glad I chose Carter's in the end."
