They framed our house and a large custom deck and I received progress pictures while they were working. After they finished their work, I hired a team to add insulation and sheet rock. The owner of this company specifically asked who did the framing, because they could tell it was meticulously built. I plan to use Next Construction for future projects as well!"

"Jole did excellent work for us. He was punctual, courteous, and very efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and questions. He also offered thoughtful solutions and explained thoroughly how he would implement the repair. Item#1) He had called me about a week before coming to our house ask about what kind of stain we would need. Item#2) He caulked the areas we discussed and also additional spots he noticed. His attention to detail made the job turn out flawlessly. Item#3) The old hinges were no longer manufactured. He did find a hinges with a slightly smaller size screw attachments. He was able to retrofit the doors with the new hinges to work perfectly. Item#4) He was able to glue, clamp, and restore the door to its original condition. He has had experience with woodworking and furniture repair. Item #5) He removed, reversed, and re-attached the a/c intake vent door so that the latches would be easier to reach. This will make changing the filter easier and safer. He even changed out my old filter with a new one for me while doing this project! Item#6) He fixed my kitchen cabinet doors by adjusting the hinges. The doors no longer rub against each other so they open and close easily. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly hire him again for other projects/repairs and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors."

"We had a few problems but Community Builders really stands behind their product. They provided excellent service to rectify the situation to our satisfaction.  This company has a very high integrity level...
Travis and his crew from Community Builders came out, measured & confirmed the window order: type and whether or not we wanted grids.   He answered all my questions & described what work would need to be done...  Then on the install date they made quick work of removing old windows.  They had 3 of the windows removed when Travis noticed a problem.  While the windows fit the outside opening, the window casing inside was oversized & did not have a positive reveal of the window jam.  I think most installers would have just left this negative reveal & just added extra caulk to seal  & hide it...  But once they noticed this, Travis immediately stopped his guys & called me over & said, "This is not right."  He showed me that if they just left it the way it is, not only would the window not tilt in because it would hit the frame (casing), but he would not be able to properly seal the window.   Then he proceeded to take care of the situation by calling Community Builders and they started working out the solution to the problem.  I thought this was nice as I would think most installers would have left it up to me to call the company and work out a solution...  But instead the installer & the salesman both came to the house to look at the problem...  After a little discussion they ended up replacing 100% of the inside casing and ordered custom trim work to match the rest of the house without extra money.
They are very good window installers and good woodworkers on the trim and casing.  Overall, I can tell the installer, Travis, and his guys sign their name to the job.  They are very respectful and careful when in your home.  We have more windows to replace later and will definitely use them again!

"Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again."
