We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be installed. At the 8 week point I called Champion to find out when it would be installed. The girl answering the phone was rude and kept insisting that they had called me to set up a day to install it and that I didn't return the call. That is not true because we have an answering machine they could have left a message on and there was never a message. I told her this but she insisted they had called. Then she told me it would be another week or two  before they could install our door because they had to be out in our area. I called the salesman who sold us the door and he took care of it and our door was installed the following week.
The man who installed our door was very nice and did a very good job. A week after it was installed I noticed the door didn't close tightly at the top. I called Champion and they sent him back out in a few days. The guy said the door was warped and we may have to wait 6-8 weeks for the new one to be installed.
 I gave an A rating for professionalism. The salesman and the installer were professional, the girl answering the phone get's an F.

"Eric removed two layers of shingles from our 40 year old roof and replaced them with new 3D Duration shingles. The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding panels. The repair which we were pursuing was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Someone referred us to Maximus and when I called and talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was due to the concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowed water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding.We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He has just finished the total project in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.
