"I would (and will) hire Rick again to work on our home improvement needs. Rick handled everything with knowledge, good workmanship, professionalism, caring, etc. He was always on time, always up front about things and very easy to talk to. This was our first venture into a major home improvement, and we had a lot of questions. Rick was always both willing and able to answer our questions. I was due to have our second baby at the beginning of September and Rick knew I wanted this project completed before then - if at all possible. Everything that depended on Rick, was completed. (Things dependent on my husband and I making up our minds - not so much - hence the November completion date.) <br /> We're very happy with our finished basement, with the quality, the aesthetics, etc. For me, when I read these reviews, it always speaks volumes if the homeowner is willing to rehire. "It was easier to move in with the floors finished (I didn't have to move furniture around after arriving). It was great that he could work with my schedule. The work in the basement went well and I liked his suggestions about the shower, more lighting, and more heat vents. I plan to spend a lot of time in my basement craft room, so it means a lot to me to have a nice place to work."
