It seemed like an easy job for the two men that came. They did bag and remove the debris that was washed down away which was appreciated. Expected a more thorough and expansive **report** on the condition of my gutters but was only told that the downspouts **might** be a problem area suggesting I replace all of them. I did agree to that over a week ago at a cost of $500+ but they havent committed to an installment date as yet. It IS great that I dont need to be around for them to do their job but would be nicer to have some advance notice more than the **we are coming** on the day of."

Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color.
