This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"I hired Nicopal Construction to demo and gut my finished basement. It was a horrible dirty job, so I had a very hard time finding a company that would take the job without re-finishing the basement when complete. Vincent, the very friendly owner, came by and provided an estimate. He understood that I wanted to move quickly, so he scheduled the job the following week. I really appreciated his urgency in moving on the project. First day John and Vincent came out to begin work. Don’t let John’s youthful appearance fool you. This young man is a total workhorse! He has the work ethic of a Depression era coal miner. He enjoys hard work, and, just as important, does excellent work. With any project we hit some snags, but Vincent and John were always keeping me updated. In the end; the job was completed and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Again, special thank you to John. He really did a great job. As with any project, there is a level of stress. I have to say, Vincent was awesome to work with during the whole process. Here’s an example, after work was complete and final payment was made, there was some additional work that was missed (this was my fault and not Nicopal’s). Vincent stayed in communication with me and came back out to complete the work! I have never experienced that level of service from a contractor. Usually once they get their final payment you never see them again. This is not the case with Nicopal Construction. Thank you, Vince! You truly are a man of your word. "The estimate was on point with timeframe of all the projects. They guys showed up everyday (6) days a week and worked late most nights to finish the days projects. They were courteous. They did a beautiful tiling job in both my bathroom and kitchen. In addition to hardwood flooring, they completed additions in upper bedrooms, restructured and gave our basement a facelift and painted entire home. All were complete per our agreement and in a timely fashion. Honest hard workers!!"

The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with.
