"Everyone at ark always exceeded our expectations. We never had our roof replaced before and they were experienced enough to be patient with our fears and concerns. Klestian was always on time and did exactly what he said he would. He walked us through the entire process and it all happened just as he said it would and he was there through the whole thing. Klestian made it so easy by dealing with our insurance company to make sure we received all the repairs we needed. They did a great job and once they started working they were done in just one day. "5 Star Renovations Installed lieder pipe (i.e., downspout) for our Sun Room so that water can exit from the roof of our sunroom via a duct that extends through a hole in the edge of our deck down and across the grounds below to the outside. They Sealed with Silicon two windows of the Sun Room (where there was moss collecting) to block possible water deposits entering the window area. They also Power Washed the entire Sunroom, our front patio, and the steps leading to the patio. They replaced 3 chimney chase covers on top of our roof, reinforced the chimney with 2x11 wood inside, Installied new plywood on the Tap, removed rotting wood siding around the chimney, installied new wood siding , and cleaned all the debris. They did the jobs efficiently and expeditiously. They kept us apprised of what they were doing every step of the way and were polite and courteous. I recommend them highly!"
