This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. "I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

Starting with Vince, the sales representative, He was charismatic and very honest, we didn't feel the pressure, and he had the opportunity to upsell ( I kept my eyes on the concrete siding). He gave his honest opinion. The project coordinator was on point as well. The product arrived in a few days at our driveway, and they started the very next day at 8 am. Ian, the project manager, is the nicest guy ever. He was always available to answer any question. The crew was courteous and fast. They started on a Thursday, by Friday, they were 97% done, Monday AM, they were ready and finished by 2 pm. They even installed light fixtures for us. If I have to find something that, like in every war, there are casualties; my rose bushes paid the price, lol. I think they were stepped on or something was put on top, but I understand they were in the way, and they would grow back soon. I totally recommend this company."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. (The ONLY minor problem for the ENTIRE process was an oil stain from their air compressor on one of our paving blocks.) With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer! Note that our project included house (2050 sq ft) replacement of all substandard 3/4” roof decking with code 7/16” decking (2080 sq ft) and also included reroofing of standalone shed (100 sq ft) minus decking replacement/gutters."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
