"The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Mr. Aponte is a true craftsman and professional. We needed a bedroom ceiling replaced and window framing, trim work done. Mr. Aponte reached out quickly and was able to visit us for a quote in a short amount of time. His pricing was very fair and he had a very creative solution to our problem. Mr. Aponte was an excellent communicator both on site and by phone. He always showed up exactly when he said he would. It was very much appreciated! Our ceiling is absolutely perfect. Now, you can’t tell that any work was done at all, and I am pretty picky. His craftsmanship is incredible. He also pointed out some problems that a different installer had made which allowed us to have our window re-insulated and waterproofed. That will save us so much money in heating costs and potential insect, water damage—he has a real heart for his clients and wants to make sure their house is perfect as possible. We will be hiring Mr. Aponte again for additional projects very soon, thank you so much! "
