"What a great experience! I was contacted right away and we met the next day for Chris to give us an estimate. I had the estimate that night and work started the next week as promised. Besides installing a fence, the old chain link fence had to be removed, as well as a whole line of trees. The trees and fence were removed and a beautiful privacy fence was put up. It was a lot of work but once they started they worked until it was done in only 2 1/2 days. When they were finished you wouldn't know they were there. What great work! Chris responded right away to all communications, so I always knew what was going on. I would definitely recommend MF Services!"

We now have to hire someone else to replace the gates, which we told them they were bowed and needed repair. This was only 2-3 weeks after installation. He always promised to come, but no show. "MHI repainted my house in the fall of 2016. They initially did a sloppy job while going 40% over the initial estimate. But in October 2019 they came back out to fix some problems with the earlier work and to perform some additional work at a very reasonable cost. The crew that originally painted my house is no longer with the company. Bill's crew performed the work this year, and did a much better job. Bill will have a prominent role in MHI going forward, so I am confident they will be a very different company than the one I dealt with in 2016. I'll likely have Bill's crew repaint the interior of my house when this is done in a month or so. While I gave the 2016 MHI poor grades, Bill earned all A's."
