"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. "Rodolfo was responsive and able to provide a quote quickly. While Rodolfo's quote was not the least expensive, he worked with us to reduce the scope of the job to better suit our budget. We ended up painting the full living room and foyer, dining room, and one office wall; two bathrooms; and some trim/casings on internal doors, windows, and closets. Rodolfo also improved the improperly installed molding and sanded down a newly built wall in order to paint it - it now looks like the wall was always there.
