I called the 12th day after because I had seen 3 or 4 bed bugs. I got an answering machine and then I called the cell phone number and spoke with someone and he said they had been really busy and he said he would call me back and he never did. I waited until a couple of days ago and left another detailed message. I still have not heard back. I need them to come out to ensure that I get rid of the bed bugs."
