The front of my vinyl sided house faces due North. As a result, the black mildew/moss staining was very pronounced there. Additionally, the white vinyl fence that hides my trash cans was covered with those little black mold spore dots that comes from wood mulch being placed nearby. Very difficult to remove. Jorge has that fence looking as white as the day it was manufactured!
