He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "Excellent. Have used this company twice previously and was very happy with them so I called and Adam fixed my oven. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now. Very reasonable."

"Doc was very helpful on the phone, and came by to give an estimate promptly. He was also much more immediately responsive than others I contacted, some of whom never called back or called back 1-2 weeks later.
He described what needed to happen to replace the shower pan, and provided price options for either installing a new fiberglass pan or doing the whole pan area in custom tile. He was also clear up front that he had to cut through the bottom part of the wall tile to do this work, and that there was a chance it could not be salvaged.
When he found that there was just sheetrock under the wall tile, he told us it had to go regardless?and I am thankful we discovered that when we did, before it caused tons of water damage. Doc then re-quoted the job to include the full tile work.  
Doc was friendly, communicated well about the project, and did great work. He does take a bit of time to complete a project (he doesn't rush, which is probably better for quality!), but you're never left hanging about when he's coming back. I would definitely hire him again.
