"This was an unusually difficult job.  The bathtub is an unusual shape, making it hard to work on.  It had been reglazed some years  before, so Ralph had to scrape off the poorly done prior glaze, a tedious and time-consuming job.  When the work was completed, the bathtub looked like new.  We could not have been more pleased with the outcome."

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"PERFECT! Albert did an amazing job! He showed up and gave me an estimate immediately. On the day he began the work he layed plastic in the traffic areas outside the work area to catch as much dust/dirt as possible. The floor in this bathroom was very uneven - He leveled the floor (not an easy feat), installed the patterned ceramic tile, painted the entire space, reinstalled the new cabinet and counter top, installed the new light fixture and did it all in less than TWO days. Albert was professional and courteous and very respectful of the house. I will use Albert again and again . . . . . ."
