They installed new parts that did not fix the problem and then told me I needed to implement the solutions I had previously told them about. I had to force the repairman to uninstall the parts he brought. The part I needed is available on Amazon for about $150.00. They wanted me to pay $900 plus the cost of the additional part. "

I worked with manufacturer to address the issue after this company said they could not help us any further and it took 5 minutes for the manufacturer to find the problem that was in front of the technicians face for over 1 year. When I called to speak with the manager to get a refund for the time without an oven and the high cost I paid, he refused, said everything they replaced was necessary to replace and it was not his fault they did not see the problem. I would not recommend anyone use their services. I am extremely disappointed. Not to mention I have 3 young children."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I have used Ortega's for the last five years to repair my washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Ortega's technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and the quality of their work is excellent. My latest call to Ortega's for an estimate to repair my dishwasher. The technician, his initials are RE, spent about 45 minutes troubleshooting our dishwasher. When he found the problem he gave a thorough explanation of what was needed to repair our dishwasher. In the end it was more cost effective to replace the dishwasher than repair it. I really appreciated the time RE took to explain the problem and my options. I would definitely recommend Ortega's Appliance Service."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
