"FANTASTIC! I looked on Angie’s list to pick one of the highest rated plumbing companies to address a number of odds and ends that I had been putting off. I had used the other large/high rated plumbing company seven years ago and decided not use them again for various reasons. I chose Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and the person they sent out, Jason, did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He looked at what I wanted to have done. He completed the work related to the flushing and swamp cooler issues and informed me that the furnace connection was fine and didn’t need to be replaced. He was great. My sister asked me Tuesday for a good plumber to address a clogged drain regarding her washer, and I gave her Jason’s card. She told me she called Albuquerque Plumbing and Heating and they said that Jason wasn’t available, but that an employee named Beau would come out to address her problem. She said Beau came out at the set time, and that he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable also. He was able to unclog the washer drain. She said that he charged $138.00."

I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
