"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

Adrian showed up on time, and found out that I needed a new pump. He said that he'd pick one up & they'd call to set up an appointment for after the holidays. Well, he ended up having some time at the end of the day and came back to fix my washer. I definitely will use them again. Adrian was thorough in his explanations of what repairs needed to be done, was diligent & hard working. He cleaned up when he finished and was very respectful. They called before they came.  They could not install the shower parts I had purchased separately, but they brought the correct parts with them.  Unfortunately there was one part missing that they had to go back to the parts supplier for, which ended up costing me a little more $$.  HOWEVER they did a great job.  They fixed all my drips and other than the new sink my bathroom looks like no one was ever in it.  Neat and clean.  Great job.  I would use these guys again, and recommend them.
