"I love my Crimsafe products. I covered my entire house. The product is impressive. It is very heavy duty and I feel very safe. The product is very finished and looks clean. The installation took 2 days. It is a premium product but, worth every penny. We all rest better at night knowing that no one can break into our home. Plus it is a hurricane protection as well. "Where do we begin. Our builder recommended Performance Tile and Marble and gave us an allowance to work with. From A to Z, everything was simply perfect. As anyone who has had to pick out tile knows, it can be overwhelming. Gina and Cherie were a blessing to work with and we actually ended up going with some selections they picked, after they knew what our granite and wall colors were going to be. You can tell after just a few minutes of being there that everyone takes pride in their work and boy, does it show. Not just in everyone's knowledge but the craftsmanship is second to none. The work was done on time, under budget (which allowed us to upgrade the backsplash) and everyone who has come to visit has had nothing but compliments. "Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
