"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

"Showed up on time. To look at broken balances on windows. The Handyman unlocked our window sash with out hanging on top window which proceeded to fall down and he broke my bottom stops. It?s been over two weeks haven?t heard anything called five times I?ve given them my email still haven?t heard nothing. So basically I paid the handyman service $88 to break my window and never get back to us. For the simple reason I would not recommend this company. Lack of communication very unprofessional. Not to mention breaking something in your home and not staying in touch to simply let you they?re going to fix it ! They old saying goes first impressions are everything. This left a bad impression"

"Once again and with the highest confidence, we hired Russell's Contracting to convert our back entrance into a more open, useful mudroom. As promised, they arrived on time on the expected date and started by sealing off the back entrance for dust. The demolition of the closet was first done, and then the rehab began. I was amazed at the level of detail necessary to make the new mudroom perfect. My house was built in 1933, and this railing system looks like it could have been original to the house. It is a masterpiece.
